Acro Flow Washing Machine

Level: Beginner, Intermediate

Do you love the movement and fluidity of a great yoga flow? Would you like to dance on someone else’s feet? Then come learn to acro flow with a others. This Beginnermediate acroyoga class connects foundational static poses through smooth transitions. Learn how to fly, base, and spot to ensure safety and success for everyone. It is recommended that you have some experience with acroyoga, but all levels are welcome. No partner necessary.

Intro To Icarian

Duration: 90-mins
Level: All-levels

Are you ready to add movement and height to your cro practice? You’ve seen pops and wanted to try them, but aren’t sure about technique yet. This class will take you through the fundamentals of Icarian pops, alignment, and how to receive your flyer safely. We will work with progressions and spotters to get everyone flying safely through the air.

Standing Acro

Duration: 90-mins
Level: All-levels

An amazing aspect of the acroyoga practice is overcoming fears and realizing new abilities. Does standing acro make you nervous, or does it thrill you? Either way, this class has the progressions to make it possible for everyone! Learn the stacking technique to take poses away from the ground and up to standing. Learn the spotting that empowers others to achieve new heights. Surprise yourself by basing and flying things you’ve never done before. But above all, come to make connections and have fun. No partner or experience necessary.

About Jon Rea

Hailing from California, Jon Rea has a passion for the beach, the outdoors, and acroyoga. After years of weightlifting, he discovered a love for yoga which has evolved into a passion for acrobatics. His combined 7 years of yoga, acroyoga, and standing acrobatics have fine-tuned his capacity to use his body, collaborate with partners, and lift others to new heights. His practice time is devoted to training with former acrosports competitors, creating new transitions and flows, and deepening his understanding of alignment and technique.
